A flexible loan with all the features necessary to assist you to pay it off in the shortest possible time with no ongoing fees or charges. The loan can be split into 4 separate accounts. Suitable for owner occupied or investment properties, new purchases or refinances. Salary crediting, deposit card, internet banking and Bpay are also standard features.

EquitySmart

Very competitive line of credit account free of fees and charges and with the ability to have unlimited separate split accounts that assist your tax preparation. Suitable for owner occupied or investment properties, new purchases or refinances. Salary crediting, deposit card, internet banking and Bpay are also standard features.

SmartChoice LowDoc

All the features of the SmartChoice home loan as a hassle free LowDoc version with relaxed requirements for documentation and income verification. Comes in two options depending on length of time self employed; less than 2 years max LVR 70%, greater than 2 years maximum LVR 80%.

EquitySmart LowDoc

The LowDoc version of our flexible EquitySmart line of credit with relaxed requirements for documentation and income verification. Comes in two options depending on length of time self employed; less than 2 years max LVR 70%, greater than 2 years maximum LVR 80%.
